1. Your stone beads are natural or not?

Most our stone beads are natural, but we also supply some stone beads synthetic or color dyed or color treated. We specially note unnatural stone beads with the words like synthetic dyed, treated. If no words like synthetic dyed treated in the description, then the stone beads are natural.

If the stone beads are noted with synthetic, it means the stone is synthetic.

If the stone beads are noted with dyed, it means the stone is natural but color is dyed.

If the stone beads are noted with treated, it means the stone is natural but color is treated inside.

2. The color of your metal accessories is durable or not?

Most our metal accessories are well plated and the color is not easy to fade. We specially note these color-durable metal accessories with the words excellent quality. If not notes excellent quality, then it is not color-durable metal accessories.

3. What is the difference of color durable metal accessories and ordinary quality metal accessories?

Color-durable metal accessories can keeps bright color about 12 months. Ordinary quality metal accessories can keeps bright color about 1 month. This is the consensus of the whole jewelry market.

4. What is the material of your metal accessories?

Most metal accessories are made of brass. Some are made of zinc alloy or iron or stainless steel. We specially note metal material in the description.

5. How long can I get the items in my order?

After you pay the order and we get the payment, we will begin to prepare your order. Most stone beads and metal accessories are in stock. Usually we will send out your order within 3 days. But for big order more than 10000USD, we need about 5-7days to prepare. You will get parcels about 7 days after we send out.

6. Can I track the shipment after my order is sent out?

Usually we use UPS DHL FEDEX to ship your order, the whole process can be track on their website.

7. If there is parcel missing during shipment, who will compensate the loss?

If couriers website show that the parcels are missing, you need to contact us, then we will contact courier to confirm the loss. They need about 15days to search the parcels and confirm the loss. Once the loss is confirmed, we will compensate your loss.

8. If I meet with quantity or quality problem, who will compensate the loss?

Customers need to check the items within 15days after they get the shipment of their order, including quantity checking and quality checking. If there is a problem, please contact us. If you do not contact us with 15 days after the shipment is delivered, we default the the order is no problem and it is finished.

9. If I need to return some items in my order list, how to do?

You need to contact us to discuss to confirm the problem and your request. Usually if it is the quality is no problem but you need to return, you need pay the returning cost like shipping cost and importing cost. If it is a quality problem and you need to return, we will pay the cost. After we get the items returned, we will return your payment.

10. About shipping cost.

Usually we provide both by air and by sea shipping cost. Before choosing shipping method, customers need to check whether by sea is available in your country. And to ship by sea, your parcel can only reach ports in your country, you need to do custom and pay import duty in your country. Or you need to find a shipping forwarder in your country to do these for you. By air is the service like UPS, DHL, they will contact you to finish import duty and deliver the parcel to you.

11. Something about import duty.

The price you see on our website is FOB price, thats to say the prices are not import tax and shipping cost included. Usually you need to pay import duty when you do custom in your country. But there are some shipping forwarders in China provide shipping methods, which is import duty free for USA and Europe area. If you need these shipping method, you need to contact us to know details.
